United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Business Analyst, Reporting in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Key Jobs Responsibilities

The Business Analyst, Reporting will perform the following functions-

  • Gather and document requirements and performs analysis to identify key business needs.
  • Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes).
  • Analyze client operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to uncover opportunities for improvements.
  • Collaborate with business functions to perform data and process design.
  • Produce process and data flow design in close collaboration with the business functions as well as other relevant stakeholders that may be impacted by the change in the process.
  • Coordinate between business functions and ICT to act as the single point of contact for the business function and to ensure that the solution designed meets business needs.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have-

  • Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant discipline is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in combination with additional 2 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of master’s degree.
  • Secondary education in combination with additional 6 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a master’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in reporting and analytics-related technologies (relational, document, and graph databases, data warehouses, ETL engines / platforms, data visualisation platforms) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and good IT understanding.
