Asian Development Bank (ADB) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Associate Project Analyst in Manila, Philippines. The duration of this post is 3 years.

Key Jobs Responsibilities

The Associate Project Analyst will perform the following functions-

  • Preparing all documentation needed to complete project turnover for administration by the Portfolio Management Division (PSPM).
  • Assisting with the planning of initiatives designed to facilitate PSFI’s interactions and with the development of IT systems and business procedures.
  • Monitoring PSFI’s compliance with disclosure requirements under ADB’s Public Communication Policy.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience including technical assistance administration and monitoring experience.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) operational processes and procedures.
  • Able to undertake background research and analysis on difficult but well defined tasks, collect and organize required data and information, apply appropriate computer skills in analyzing and developing the data; and prepare notes, papers and sections of reports.
  • In-depth understanding of the interactions between different ADB work areas and relevant workflows and their purposes.
