Asian Development Bank (ADB) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Integrity Specialist in Manila, Philippines.

Key Jobs Responsibilities

The Integrity Specialist will perform the following functions-

  • Investigate allegations of integrity violations under ADB’s Anticorruption Policy and procedures, including the following activities:
  • Review and screen complaints received by AIID, OAI.
  • Prepare preliminary findings, or review the preliminary findings report, and formulate detailed investigation plans and strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct interviews of complainants, witnesses, and/or subjects as appropriate; obtain and analyze exculpatory and inculpatory evidence.
  • Review and analyze all reliable and relevant information.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis of all available evidence to reach objective and credible investigative findings and conclusions.
  • Prepare and edit investigative reports and supporting documentation to the highest standards of quality, thoroughness, accuracy, timeliness, and objectivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have-

  • Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields.
  • Alternatively, university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience can be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, including administrative investigation; forensic accounting; financial or performance auditing; financial analysis; financial accounting; criminal or law enforcement; economic analysis or other fields that demonstrate application of analytical skills with sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
  • Suitability to undertake outlined responsibilities at the required level.
