Plan International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of National Administrative Coordination in Quito, Ecuador.
The National Administrative Coordination will be responsible to coordinate and supervise the administrative processes of the offices of Plan Ecuador, through the implementation of strategies, policies and procedures that promote the optimization of resources, timely provision of goods and services, and facilitate logistics for the country’s operations.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The National Administrative Coordination will perform the following functions-
- Supervise the process for the provision of goods and services.
- Supervise the logistical support and administrative services required by all areas.
- Manage and ensure the proper use and optimization of administrative resources.
- Supervise and manage the performance of the administrative team.
- Coordinate the implementation of the Security Policy in the country and monitor compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Third level degree in Economics, Administration or Accounting.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Purchasing and contracting processes.
- Selection processes of suppliers and consultants.
- Tributary legislation.
- Legal regulation of contracts.
- Experience of 3 years in the administrative area, personnel management, budget management and finance.
- Desirable, of humanitarian attention in emergencies from the administrative and logistical aspect.
- Handle Microsoft packages.
- Knowledge of the English language at intermediate level.
