Asian Development Bank (ADB) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Institutional Coordination Officer in Manila, Philippines. The duration of this post is 3 years.

Key Jobs Responsibilities

The Institutional Coordination Officer will perform the following functions-

  • Provide guidance to departments on the conduct of the workforce analysis and participates in departmental meetings and discussions relating to the workforce analysis.
  • Analyze departmental submissions and staff-year utilization and recommends departmental staffing requirements during annual work program and budget formulation and other ad hoc requests.
  • Facilitate preparation of departmental strategic workforce plan and monitor implementation of the plan.
  • Coordinate and consults with departments for identified deviations from the plan.
  • Contribute to the analysis and consolidation of staffing proposals and agreed strategic workforce plan for departments; prepares reference and presentation materials for staffing discussions with departments and offices, as necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have-

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational development or related fields; preferably with advanced training.
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of operational and strategic staff planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in staffing and institutional coordination work.
  • Sound knowledge of human resource and administrative systems and procedures common to multilateral organizations.
  • Working experience on workforce analysis and strategic staffing.
