United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor in Jakarta, Indonesia. The duration of this post is 1 year.

Key Jobs Responsibilities

The Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor will perform the following functions-

  • Design, implement and manage a system for BRG REF to effectively monitor and evaluate progress against its Programme Plan and related plans:
    • Lead the design and establishment of a strengthened BRG REF M&E system, in collaboration with other BRG REF and THOH senior managers, staff and external consultants as required.
    • Support the strengthening of BRG’s M&E system, in collaboration with BRG personnel, implementing partners and external consultants as required.
    • Establish baseline data as appropriate.
    • Continuously monitor progress against the Programme Plan and its results framework.
    • Continually revise and improve the BRG REF and BRG M&E systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have-

  • Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Economics, International Relations, Public Policy Studies, Public Administration or related field required.
  • First university degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in the above-mentioned areas in combination with 2 additional years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
  • Training in Results Based Management and Monitoring and evaluation an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in results-based management, project/programme monitoring or evaluation is required.
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English is required.
