United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is currently seeking applications from eligible applicants for the post of Fund Raising Officer in Manila, Philippines.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Fund Raising Officer will perform the following functions:
- Develop the overall digital fundraising strategy and workplan with annual targets in consultation and collaboration with the supervisor
- Create campaign/marketing briefs or concept notes, and to lead the briefing process or agencies/suppliers.
- Perform day-to-day implementation of digital acquisition and retention activities:
- Perform project management on all ongoing and upcoming digital efforts, prioritizing activities with the highest impact.
- Maintain and improve UNICEF’s donation infrastructure and e-Commerce ecosystem:
- Set-up UNICEF donation pages for both regular and emergency campaigns.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for the wider PFP and Communications teams:
- Lead the digital implementation of cross-cutting activities such as lead generation, crowdfunding, direct response television, legacy fundraising and other acquisition efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate digital fundraising activities as per agreed key performance indicators and metrics of success, including budget expenses:
- Track KPIs, analyze and report on results and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to continuously improve donor acquisition and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have:
- University Degree in Communications and Marketing, Digital Advertising, Digital Fundraising, Business, Management or another relevant field is required.
- Other additional training and certification in digital channels is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year’s professional experience in the digital marketing field, whether in digital agencies or the client side or related fields, is required.
- Experience in digital marketing may include Agency-side roles advertising account management for digital campaigns, strategic planning, data analytics, social media management and related roles.
- Experience in digital fundraising or private sector fundraising areas such as acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty and multi-channel campaign management is an advantage
- Knowledge of digital audience research, segmentation, and trends (qualitative and quantitative research methods) is an asset.
- Strong international professional experience is an advantage.
