Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Research Analyst in New Haven, United States. The duration of this post is 2 years.
The Research Analyst will offer an opportunity to gain first-hand data management experience in an organization undertaking cutting-edge development research.
IPA is a research and policy non-profit that discovers and promotes effective solutions to global poverty problems.
Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Research Analyst will perform the following functions-
- Designing Questionnaires.
- Cleaning and analyzing data for multi-country datasets.
- Supporting quality assurance measures for ongoing research projects.
- Assisting in the writing of project reports, policy memos, and academic papers on a variety of topics.
- Corresponding with external partners organization and donors as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences, public policy, or related fields.
- Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of Stata (required).
- Experience living in a developing country preferred.
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English.
